º. Rendición de cuentas . El examen de las cuentas, tanto de ingresos como de egresos, que deben rendir los responsables del manejo de bienes, fondos y valores de la Corporación, será practicado por el Auditor Fiscal que para el efecto designe el Contralor General de la República.
