El artículo 48 del Decreto 2620 de 2000, quedará así: "Artículo 48. Períodos de postulación y asignación. Los representantes legales de las entidades otorgantes del subsidio familiar de vivienda fijarán las fechas de apertura y cierre para adelantar el proceso de postulación e igualmente, fijará las fechas en las cuales se realizarán las asignaciones respectivas."
