Las decisiones tomadas en una reunión celebrada en contravención a lo prescrito en el artículo 186 serán ineficaces; las que se adopten sin el número de votos previstos en los estatutos o en las leyes, o excediendo los límites del contrato social, serán absolutamente nulas; y las que no tengan carácter general, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 188, serán inoponibles a los socios ausentes o disidentes.
