Art. 29. Los Jefes de las secciones formarán en cada mes la nómina parcial de los empleados de su dependencia para el pago de sueldos, i les deducirán a los que dejen de ocurrir a ellas, la parte de sueldo proporcional a las horas o dias en que incurran en tal falta; sin perjuicio del deber impuesto al Oficial mayor por el inciso 13 del artículo 5.° Las nómins se pasarán al Jefe de la seccion 4. a para que forme la jeneral del mes, teniendo presentes, ademas, las deducciones que le indique el Oficial mayor.
