El periodo de los miembros de la Junta Directiva será de dos (2) años, pudiendo sus vocales ser reelegidos indefinidamente. Los dos miembros que elegirá el Presidente de la Republica, de la terna de los Gobernadores tendrán periodo de un (1) año la primera vez que se nombren, y luego el periodo será de dos (2 años). Toda decisión de la Junta Directiva deberá acordarse por el voto de la mayoría absoluta de los miembros, pero en dicho caso las decisiones de la Junta deberán ser aprobadas por unanimidad.
