º. Solicitud de la segunda prórroga. La solicitud de prórroga, a que se hace mención en los artículos 1º y 2º del presente decreto, deberá formularse dentro de los treinta días calendario anteriores al vencimiento de la primera prórroga, siempre que el urbanizador o constructor responsable certifique la iniciación de las obras.
