°. Priorización de la inversión. Las entidades territoriales deberán invertir prioritariamente los recursos de que trata el presente decreto en la adquisición y mantenimiento de los predios localizados en las áreas de importancia estratégica. El incentivo de pago por servicios ambientales aplicará transitoriamente mientras la entidad territorial adquiere el respectivo predio localizado en dichas áreas.
