La Dirección del Servicio de Intendencia reglamentará la manera de fijar el personal que tiene derecho a vestuario y equipo dentro de las Fuerzas Militares; determinará las dotaciones de vestuario, equipo, menaje, útiles de escritorio y demás materiales que deban suministrase anualmente a los Institutos, Cuerpos de Tropa y demás reparticiones militares, y señalará las hormas a que deben ceñirse éstas para la adquisición de elementos que deban efectuar con la partida de material.
