Art. 29. El Secretario durará el tiempo de las sesiones y los días más que fija la comisión de la mesa para el arreglo de los asuntos de la Secretaría; pero puede ser removido por faltas graves, como los demás dignatarios de la Cámara y por ineptitud o mal desempeño en el ejercicio de sus funciones, a juicio de la respectiva Cámara.

Esta disposición se aplica al Secretario auxiliar.
