Los documentos allegados al proceso se presumen auténticos, así como los informes rendidos por las entidades públicas o privadas requeridas por la autoridad disciplinaria. En caso de duda deberán ser sometidos a examen técnico, para lo cual se atenderá lo señalado en lo referido a la prueba pericial.
