El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones impuestas en este Decreto se sancionara conforme a lo previsto en el Decreto legislativo 1795 de 1950. Todo sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que se refiere el Decreto 2253 de 1961, y de las acciones civiles o penales a que hubiere lugar.
