º El Intendente asegurará su manejo con fianza cuya cuantía se señalará de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 297 del Código Fiscal, tomando como base el valor aproximado de los inventarios; y desde que éntre en vigencia el presente Decreto, devengará un sueldo mensual de cien pesos ($100) oro, y tendrá además como auxiliar permanente un Comisario de tercera clase.
