Los negocios celebrados por fuera de la Rueda por los miembros que actúen como comisionistas o corredores, en los casos que la ley o los reglamentos lo permitan, deberán registrarse ante la Bolsa de Productos Agropecuarios en cualquier momento, pero en todo caso antes de iniciarse la siguiente Rueda de Negocios, y tendrán que informarse al inicio de la misma. Los miembros que actúen a nombre y por cuenta propia exclusivamente, podrán registrar los negocios celebrados por fuera de Rueda utilizando el mismo procedimiento indicado en el párrafo anterior.
