º Los Capitanes de los guardacostas, para asegurar el manejo de los fondos que reciban, otorgarán, con las formalidades legales, una fianza personal, a satisfacción del Administrador de la respectiva Aduana, por la suma de cien pesos ($ 100). Los fiadores que se presenten deben llenar las condiciones exigidas por el artículo 2376 del Código Civil.
