Corrígese El Numeral 4 Del Artículo 275 De La Ley 1407 De 2010, Cuyo Tenor Literal Será El Siguiente

Corrígese el numeral 4 del artículo 275 de la Ley 1407 de 2010, cuyo tenor literal será el siguiente:

“Artículo 275. Atribuciones. La Fiscalía General Penal Militar, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones tiene las siguientes atribuciones:

(...)

4. Dirigir, coordinar y controlar en cada caso particular las actividades de Policía Judicial que en forma permanente ejerce el Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación de la Justicia Penal Militar y los demás organismos que señale la ley”.
