º. Las encomiendas postales se dividen en dos clases

Encomiendas portales ordinarias son las que se introduzcan sin declarar el valor del contenido, por las cuales responde el servicio sobre bases fijas, en los términos del Capítulo XIII de este Decreto; y

Encomiendas postales con valor declarado.
