En los casos de que trata el Artículo anterior, la Junta Central de Higiene podrá nombrar Comisiones Sanitarias especiales de carácter transitorio, encargadas de estudiar las regiones infectadas y de hacer cumplir las disposiciones que dicten las autoridades sanitarias. El Ministro cuyo despacho estuviere adscrito el ramo de higiene, señalara las sumas que deben destinarse para los gastos de estas Comisiones.
