Art. 9° Créase el empleo de Fiscal 2. ° de los Juzgados Superiores del Distrito Judicial del Departamento de Cundinamarca, con una asignación anual de mil doscientos pesos ($ 1,200).

El Fiscal 2.° llevará la voz del Ministerio Público, en el Juzgado 2.° Superior de Cundinamarca.

Dicho empleado principiará á desempeñar sus funciones en Febrero de este año, y tendrá un Escribiente que gozará de la asignación anual de cuatrocientos ochenta pesos ($ 480).
