Artículo tercero . La Imprenta Nacional funcionara con un Fondo de Trabajo, propio, bajo la dirección de una Junta Directiva, un Gerente y un Administrador Técnico, cuyos nombramientos y funciones se sujetarán a las normas previstas en este Decreto.
