En el desarrollo del plan educativo de que trata esta Ley, se tendrá como centro educacional de clima frío la actual Granja Escuela de Ríonegro (Antioquia), dependiente de la Secretaría de Agricultura y Fomento del Departamento de Antioquia, y en consecuencia, el Ministro de Agricultura y la Secretaría de Agricultura y Fomento de Antioquia, obrarán de común acuerdo.
