Autorizase al Gobierno para que, de acuerdo con la Junta Directiva del Banco de la Republica emita hasta la cantidad de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000) en moneda de cobre-níquel, de $ 0.01, $ 0.02, $ 0.05.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno señalara las características de esta clase de moneda, para la aleación de ella será de 25 por 100 de níquel y 75 por 100 de cobre.
