Entrega material voluntaria y subsiguiente aprehensión material según lo dispuesto en los procesos agrarios especiales. Cuando dentro del proceso agrario especial las partes vinculadas manifiesten la entrega voluntaria del predio, la ANT, mediante decisión motivada, ordenará la recepción jurídica y material del inmueble y su ingreso al Fondo de Tierras para la Reforma Rural Integral, o su disposición a la autoridad a cargo de administrarlo conforme las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias aplicables.
