Los giros correspondientes a mercancías importadas por la Nación, los Departamentos, los Municipios y los establecimientos públicos descentralizados, se someterán al régimen normal de pagos por importaciones. En consecuencia, las deudas respectivas no se registrarán en la forma prevista en el artículo anterior.
