ARTICULO 89. Prima de calor. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Armada Nacional que presten sus servicios en las dependencias del departamento de Ingeniería de Unidades a flote, como en el ramo de cocina del Departamento de Administración de las mismas Unidades, tendrán derecho a una prima de calor del diez por ciento (10%) del sueldo básico mensual correspondiente a su grado. Esta prima es incompatible con la prima de submarinista de que trata el artículo 101 de este estatuto.
