Los concursos para la selección de docentes y directivos docentes afrocolombianos y raizales estarán sujetos a los principios de objetividad, imparcialidad, confiabilidad, transparencia e igualdad de oportunidades; así como los establecidos en el artículo 2º del Decreto 804 de 1995, y los principios de territorialidad e identidad establecidos en los Lineamientos Generales para la Etnoeducación en las Comunidades Afrocolombianas.
