Art. 427. Las disposiciones de este título no rigen respecto de las asignaciones alimenticias hechas voluntariamente en testamento o por donación entre vivos; acerca de las cuales deberá estarse a la voluntad del testador o donante, en cuanto haya podido disponer libremente de lo suyo.
