Art. 111. Los depósitos de que habla el artículo 44 de la Ley 61 de 1886 serán los siguientes:

Si la cuantía del negocio fuere de mil á diez mil pesos, el depósito será de cincuenta pesos.

Si dicha cuantía pasare de diez mil pesos sin exceder de quince mil pesos, el depósito será de cien pesos.

Si aquélla excediere de quince mil pesos, el depósito será de doscientos pesos.

En los negocios en que no haya cuantía determinada, el depósito será de cincuenta pesos.
