La Nación podrá realizar a título oneroso la transferencia o cesión de las acreencias a su favor relacionadas con las operaciones de que trata el Decreto 2681 de 1993, sin necesidad de contar con el consentimiento previo y expreso del deudor. Para estos efectos, dicha transferencia o cesión, se llevará a cabo atendiendo las condiciones del mercado.
