Declaración con intérprete . Siempre que deba recibirse declaración a un sordo o mudo que se dé a entender por signos o alguna persona que no entienda el castellano o no se exprese en este idioma, se designará por el juez un intérprete, quien deberá tomar posesión del cargo bajo juramento.
