Niveles de cubrimiento y etapas de expansión . En la primera etapa de establecimiento del servicio se deberá cubrir, por lo menos, todos los PTDA y sus PTDB dependientes que correspondan a la adjudicación, según los niveles de cubrimiento que proponga el Licitante. De igual manera el proponente deberá presentar, a partir del cubrimiento inicial mínimo, un plan de expansión del servicio hasta llegar al cubrimiento total del ítem adjudicado. Este Plan será de obligatorio cumplimiento para el adjudicatario del servicio.
