ARTICULO 2 º Quedan incorporadas a estos estatutos las disposiciones de los Decretos especiales dictados tanto para la administración de los bienes de la Empresa como para su funcionamiento en general, a saber: Decreto 1973 de 1951, Decreto 2027 de 1951, Decreto 414 de 1952, Decreto 997 de 1953, Decreto 1070 de 1953, Decreto 2390 de 1955, Decreto 3211 de 1959 y las demás que rigen la materia.
