° El Administrador de la Oficina Local será nombrado por el Consejo Directivo del Instituto, de terna presentada por el Director General, para un período de dos (2) años, y podrá ser reelegido para períodos subsiguientes. Los períodos se contarán a partir del 1° de enero de 1961, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 del Decreto-ley 1695 de 1960.
