Artículo tercero. En el contrato a que se refieren los artículos anteriores se tendrá en cuenta la situación jurídico-laboral de los trabajadores de los sistemas de riego objeto del traspaso, y la manera de satisfacer los derechos de tales trabajadores por concepto de salarios, prestaciones sociales, indemnizaciones, etc.
