Dirección de Apoyo a la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil.- Son funciones de la Dirección de Apoyo a la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, que cumplirá de acuerdo con la ley, las siguientes:

1. Apoyar a la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil en el cumplimiento de sus funciones;

2. Realizar estudios e investigaciones en áreas relacionadas con la administración de personal;

3. Presentar los informes que le sean solicitados sobre el desarrollo de sus funciones;

4. Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia.
