°. Créditos de corto plazo. Los créditos de corto plazo que celebren las entidades territoriales podrán destinarse a fines distintos al gasto de inversión, siempre y cuando sean cancelados con recursos diferentes del crédito y dentro de la misma vigencia fiscal en que se contraten.
