"Articulo 46. Capitán del puerto. El Capitán del puerto , o su representante legal, deberá permanecer en el terminal durante todas las horas hábiles de trabajo, como también estará en servicio para recibir y despachar naves fuera de las horas reglamentarias, cuando las circunstancias así lo exijan, para evitar demoras y aumentar la eficiencia del servicio del puerto.
