Para la realización de las operaciones de crédito interno destinadas a obras publicas autorizadas por las leyes posteriores a la 75 de 1930, no será necesario tener en cuenta las regulaciones de dicha Ley, cuando se trate de préstamos de amortización gradual a plano no menor de diez años.
