De la repetición de elecciones, La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio podrá ordenar que se efectúe una nueva elección cuando a su juicio se hayan cometido violaciones a las normas legales o a sus reglamentos.

Así mismo la Superintendencia decidirá en única instancia sobre las impugnaciones que se presentaren contra los escrutinios.
