Parágrafo

al artículo 4° del Decreto 2195 del 18 de octubre de 2001, del siguiente tenor: “

Parágrafo transitorio

Los volúmenes máximos de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo a ser distribuidos en los municipios y corregimientos de Zonas de Frontera, correspondientes al año 2004, serán fijados por la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, UPME, mediante resolución motivada, a más tardar el 15 de marzo de 2004. En consecuencia, los volúmenes fijados para el año 2003 continuarán rigiendo hasta tanto entre en vigencia el acto administrativo que los reemplace”.
