Artículo primero . Para la promoción, financiación y desarrollo de los planes de Fomento Industrial y económico del país autorízase la creación de la Corporación Nacional de Producción, con un capital autorizado de quinientos millones de pesos, representado en quinientas mil acciones de mil pesos cada una. El Estado suscribirá, cuando menos el 51% del capital de la entidad.
