° Los servicios de luz serán presupuestados y pagados de acuerdo con los contratos que se hagan por los respectivos Comandos con las Compañías de Energía Eléctrica y de conformidad con las tarifas oficiales de éstas. Estos contratos no necesitan aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, pero serán sometidos a la del Ministerio de Guerra.
