Art. 7 °. Esta ley comenzará a regir el 1 .° de Enero de 1891 y el Gobernador del Departamento de Antioquia dictará en oportunidad las disposiciones convenientes para que en esa fecha funcione el régimen político y municipal en las nuevas Provincias. Entretanto los Distritos municipales segregados continuarán perteneciendo a sus respectivas Provincias, y administrados como hasta el presente.
