Los Notarios y Registradores crearán bajo su responsabilidad los empleados que requiera el eficaz funcionamiento de las oficinas a su cuidado, señalarán asignaciones y funciones correspondientes y nombrarán y removerán libremente a los respectivos empleados de sueldo fijo deberán ser revisadas por la Superintendencia de Notariado y registro.
