Transacciones en Bolsas de Valores. En las comisiones recibidas por las bolsas de valores, constituye documento equivalente, el certificado de liquidación expedido por estas entidades. Este documento deberá contener como mínimo los siguientes requisitos

a)

Razón social y NIT de la Bolsa de Valores;

b)

Número y fecha de la operación;

c)

Tipo de operación;

d)

Valor de la transacción;

e)

Comisión facturada a favor de la Bolsa.
