Artículo decimoctavo . La violación de cualesquiera de las normas contempladas en los artículos duodécimo, decimotercero, decimocuarto, decimoquinto y decimosexto del presente Decreto, hará incurrir en multas sucesivas de $ 100.00 a $ 3.000.00, que serán impuestas por la División Nacional de Turismo, de acuerdo con la categoría del establecimiento y la gravedad de la violación, multas que serán consignadas en las respectivas oficinas de Hacienda Nacional.
