Secretar io. Todas las diligencias adelantadas por el funcionario investigador en el proceso administrativo disciplinario, serán refrendadas por un secretario mediante firma. Cuando fuere necesario, nombrará y dará posesión a un Secretario ad-hoc quien, en todo caso, será funcionario de la entidad donde se adelante la investigación.
