º. Previa deducción de los gastos de afinación, ensaye y demás correspondientes a las negociaciones con oro que efectúa el Banco de la República, y del impuesto establecido por el artículo 1º de la Ley 67 de 1946, el Banco expedirá por cada depósito de los que trata el artículo primero de este Decreto, un "Certificado de Oro" a favor del depositante, en el cual se expresará la fecha, el nombre del beneficiario, el precio neto del título en dólares y la calidad del mismo, de acuerdo con lo que en éste Decreto se establece.
