Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que, en cabeza del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes, coordine junto con las autoridades locales las acciones necesarias para la postulación de los saberes ancestrales de los artesanos, creadores y gestores culturales del municipio de Piedecuesta en la Lista Representativa de Patrimonio Cultural del ámbito nacional, según lo dispone la ley para tales efectos.
