De la emisión de cada giro ordinario debe darse aviso directo, sobre la planilla indicada en el artículo 42 del presente decreto, por el correo más inmediato, a la oficina donde debe hacerse el pago. Antes de despachar dichos avisos serán examinados cuidadosamente por el empleado respectivo los talones de los giros emitidos, cerciorándose de que todo está conforme.
