° El nombrado interino solicitará, antes de tomar posesión del destino, por medio de un memorial extendido en papel correspondiente, la admisión del fiador. Calificada la fianza por el Prefecto, extenderá su resolución al pie del libelo aceptándola ó rechazándola.
